* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EXTREME WESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN WESTERN MASSACHUSETTS

* UNTIL 615 PM EDT

* AT 405 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER HAWLEY AND CHARLEMONT.
  THESE STORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY.

* HAWLEY AND CHARLEMONT WILL EXPERIENCE RAINFALL OF 3 TO 5 INCHES
  FROM THESE THUNDERSTORMS.

* SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS IN THESE TOWNS WILL RISE RAPIDLY OUT OF
  BANK PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING DURING THE NEXT 2 HOURS.
