  NORTHERN PLYMOUTH COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN MASSACHUSETTS

* AT 430 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM WELLESLEY TO
  BROCKTON.  THESE STORMS ARE MOVING SLOWLY EAST.

* TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED FROM THESE STORMS.
