* AREA LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS REPORTED RIVER FLOODING ALONG
  THE SOUTH FORK OF THE ROOT RIVER...NEAR THE FORESTVILLE/
  MYSTERY CAVE STATE PARK IN FILLMORE COUNTY. THE ROOT RIVER
  IS APPARENTLY OUT OF ITS BANKS IN SPOTS.

* THE COMMUNITIES OF PRESTON AND LANESBORO SHOULD BE ALERT
