* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ALPENA COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN LOWER MICHIGAN

* UNTIL 800 AM EST

* NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND SURFACE SPOTTER
  REPORTS HAS INDICATED THAT BETWEEN 2.5 TO 5 INCHES OF RAINFALL
  HAS FALLEN ACROSS WIDESPREAD AREAS OF ALPENA COUNTY SINCE MONDAY
  AFTERNOON.  AT 135 AM EST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THAT THE
  LARGE AREA OF RAIN THAT HAS BEEN OVER ALPENA COUNTY MUCH OF TODAY
  HAS EXITED TO THE NORTHEAST.  WIDESPREAD FLOODING HAS BEEN
  REPORTED BY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS
