  NORTHEASTERN SHANNON COUNTY - SOUTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA

* AT 645 PM MDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH
  LARGE HAIL AND STRONG WINDS FROM 10 MILES WEST OF PHILIP
  TO 40 MILES NORTH OF PINE RIDGE. THE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 40 MPH.

A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE
TORNADOES.
 
VIOLENT THUNDERSTORM WINDS CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURIES AND DAMAGE
FROM FLYING DEBRIS. TAKE SHELTER IN A STURDY BUILDING AND STAY AWAY
FROM WINDOWS.
