AT 315 PM...RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF OVER 2 INCHES PER HOUR WERE
OCCURING OVER INTERSTATE 10 BETWEEN SAN SIMON AND THE BORDER IN
NORTHEAST COCHISE COUNTY.  STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE OVER
