FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1225 PM MST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHERN ARIZONA

   ...EASTERN PIMA COUNTY...THIS INCLUDES WESTERN TUCSON METRO AREA 

  TUCSON DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW A STRONG THUNDERSTORM ALONG
HWY 86 EAST OF RYAN FIELD. STORM MOVEMENT WAS VERY SLOWLY TO THE
EAST. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING RAINALL RATES OF ONE TO
ONE AND A HALF INCHES PER HOUR.  THE SLOW MOVEMENT OF THIS STORM
WILL ENHANCE THE POSSIBLILITY OF LOCAL FLOODING OF STREETS...nWASHES
AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
