THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  730 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS
 
   ...SOUTHERN SEBASTIAN COUNTY
 
AT 653 PM...NWS DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO DEVELOPING
OVER HARTFORD. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST AT 15 MPH. HARTFORD AND AREAS
WEST OF MANSFIELD ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM.
 
SPOTTERS HAVE REPORTED A WALL CLOUD WITH THIS STORM AND
SEVERAL REPORTS OF FUNNEL CLOUDS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.
 
WATCH FOR SIGNS OF DEVELOPING STORMS.  LARGE HAILSTONES AND UNUSUALLY
LOW SWIRLING CLOUDS ARE MANY TIMES SEEN NEAR DEVELOPING TORNADOES.
STRONG DAMAGING WINDS AND TORNADOES OFTEN PRODUCE A LOUD ROARING
SOUND THAT CAN BE HEARD IN THE VICINITY OF STORMS. FREQUENT AND
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING OCCURS WITH MOST SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
