   ...SOUTHERN TULSA COUNTY
 
RADAR INDICATES 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAVE OCCURRED OVER PORTIONS OF
SOUTHERN TULSA COUNTY. THE AREA FROM GLENPOOL TO BIXBY TO BROKEN ARROW
COULD SEE SIGNIFICANT FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS IN THE NEXT SEVERAL
HOURS.
