FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1045 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
 
   ...WESTERN OSAGE COUNTY...WESTERN PAWNEE COUNTY
 
AT 743 AM...RADAR ESTIMATED THAT BETWEEN 1/2 AND 1 INCH OF RAIN HAS
FALLED OVER PORTIONS OF PAWNEE AND OSAGE COUNTY OVER THE PAST 3 HOURS
WITH AROUND 3 TO 6 INCHES SINCE THURSDAY EVENING. HIGHWAY PATROL REPORTS
FLOODING OF LOW-LYING AREAS ACROSS MUCH OF PAWNEE COUNTY AND HIGHWAY 18
REMAINS CLOSED IN WESTERN OSAGE COUNTY NEAR FAIRFAX. LIGHT TO MODERATE
RAIN WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS...AND ANY ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL WILL AGGREVATE THE EXISTING FLOODING PROBLEMS.
