THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
 
   ...WESTERN OSAGE COUNTY
 
AT 410 AM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN
HAD FALLEN OVER THE FAR WESTERN PARTS OF OSAGE COUNTY...MAINLY
TO THE WEST OF THE FAIRFAX AND BURBANK AREAS.
 
AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE EARLY THIS
MORNING AS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS
THE AREA.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS LIKELY OR HAS BEEN
REPORTED.  STAY ALERT AND WATCH FOR RAPIDLY RISING WATER.
