MID AFTERNOON. RAINFALL FROM THESE STORMS WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES AND
WILL LIKELY RESULT IN FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS...LOW LYING ROADWAYS...
AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS. RAINFALL RATES FROM 1 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR
