FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  845 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
 
   ...SOUTHERN ROGERS COUNTY
 
AT 545 PM...RADAR AND PUBLIC REPORTS INDICATE THAT UP TO 4 INCHES OF
RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN ROGERS COUNTY...BETWEEN TIAWAH
AND INOLA. NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE AREA
WITH ANOTHER INCH OF RAINFALL POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS. LOCAL
FLASH FLOODING AND RUNOFF PROBLEMS CAN BE EXPECTED.
