AT 654 AM EST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR IN RUSKIN
INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO JUST TO THE SOUTHWEST OF PORT
CHARLOTTE. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 TO 40 MPH AND
WILL BE APPROACHING PORT CHARLOTTE IN THE NEXT 10 MINUTES.
