FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHEASTERN IDAHO

   ...NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY
 
DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES HEAVY RAINFALL UP TO 3 INCHES HAS FALLEN IN
NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY.  THE HEAVIEST RAIN IS NORTHWEST OF
PRESTON NEAR THE TOWN OF CLIFTON.  HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE FOR AT LEAST THROUGH 230 PM.
