IN SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS ...HEMPSTEAD COUNTY AT 143 PM CST DOPPLER RADAR IN SHREVEPORT INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO ABOUT 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF FULTON ARKANSAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT NEAR 40 MPH. THE POSSIBLE TORNADO WILL SPREAD TOWARD THE SPRINGHILL AND HOPE AREAS. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...GO TO AN INTERIOR HALLWAY ...CLOSET...OR BATHROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR. AVOID WINDOWS.
