   ...SOUTHWESTERN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY
 
A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS LOCATED OVER VICTORVILLE AND MOVING ALONG
HIGHWAY 18 TOWARD THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE CITY OF APPLE VALLEY. VERY
HEAVY RAIN ALONG WITH GUSTY WINDS AND HAIL TO 3/4 INCH IS LIKELY WITH
THIS STORM.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
6STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNLESS IN AN EMERGENCY UNTIL THE STORM
HAS PASSED.  MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT DRIVE INTO LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
