  LOCALLY MODERATE RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL OVER VERNON COUNTY.
  THE SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTS THAT DITCHES ARE NEAR BANKFUL...
  AND THAT AREAS ALONG THE MARMATON RIVER ARE BEGINNING TO
  FLOOD.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  MODERATE RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MID MORNING BEFORE TURNING OVER
  TO A MIXTURE OF RAIN...SNOW AND SOME SLEET.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
