  NORTHERN MORGAN COUNTY - CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 1155 AM CDT
 
* SOME AREAS OR STREAMS AFFECTED
  GABRIEL AND RICHLAND CREEKS
  ALL LOW WATER BRIDGES IN THE WARNED AREA...ESPECIALLY HIGHWAY 135.

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED OVER THREE INCHES OF
  RAINFALL SINCE 8AM OVER PORTIONS OF EXTREME NORTHWESTERN MORGAN
  COUNTY...ESPECIALLY AROUND HIGHWAY 135 NORTHWEST OF FLORENCE.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT HOUR PRODUCING AN
  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE HALF TO ONE INCH...MOSTLY OVER
  EXTREME NORTHERN MORGAN COUNTY.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
