  BENTON COUNTY - CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 845 PM CDT
 
* SOME AREAS OR STREAMS AFFECTED
  CENTRAL BENTON COUNTY ALONG HIGHWAY 65.
  LOW WATER CROSSINGS ACROSS CENTRAL BENTON COUNTY.

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE SAME AREAS IN
  CENTRAL BENTON COUNTY.  DOPPLER RADAR WAS ESTIMATING OVER
  TWO AND A HALF INCHES HAD FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE ACROSS
  THE SAME AREAS THROUGH 7 PM WITH AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAIN
  OR MORE POSSIBLE.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
