* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  AT 4AM THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN HAVE MOVED INTO
  NORTHWEST CRAWFORD COUNTY WITH TWO INCHES OF RAIN DURING
  THE PAST HOUR.


* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 15
  MPH AND WILL BE CAPABLE OF ANOTHER ONE TO TWO INCHES OF
