* SOME AREAS OR STREAMS AFFECTED
  LOW WATER CROSSINGS...ESPECIALLY IN WESTERN SECTIONS OF THE
  MARIES COUNTY WILL BE AFFECTED BY HIGH WATER. AREA CREEKS
  WILL RISE QUICKLY.

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AT SPRINGFIELD INDICATES THAT
  2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER WESTERN SECTIONS OF
  MARIES COUNTY ALONG THE LITTLE MARIES AND MARIES RIVERS AND
  IN THE BRINKTOWN AND VIENNA AREAS.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING SLOWLY THROUGH THE AREA.
  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE ENTIRE COUNTY THIS
  EVENING.
 
IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE TO ESCAPE FLOOD
