* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  AT 625 AM  MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS
  THE COUNTY.  THIS IS FALLING ON ALREADY SATURATED GROUND
  FROM EARLIER RAINS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES.


* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  MODERATE RAIN WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS
  OVER THIS SAME AREA CAUSING SOME MINOR FLOODING...ESPECIALLY
  IN LOW LYING AREAS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
