* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  A SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM HAD PRODUCE 1 TO 1.5 INCHES OF
  RAIN BETWEEN CROCKER AND THE GASCONADE RIVER NEAR
  WAYNESVILLE.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  DUE TO THE SLOW MOVEMENT OF THIS STORM LOCALIZED FLOODING
  IS EXPECTED.
