* UNTIL 130 AM CDT
 
* SOME AREAS OR STREAMS AFFECTED
  BAXTER SPRINGS...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE SPRING RIVER.
  SOUTHEAST CHEROKEE COUNTY.

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  SPRINFIELD DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD
  OCCURRED OVER SOUTHEASTERN CHEROKEE COUNTY.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
  ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT IS POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT...
  WITH ANOTHER ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN POSSIBLE.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT
IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODING.

ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
