FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  845 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......

IN WEST VIRGINIA 

   ...CENTRAL AND EASTERN JACKSON COUNTY

HEAVY RAIN OVER THE PAST HOUR FROM A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL SEND 
SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS OVER THIER BANKS. RAINFALL OF NEAR 2 INCHES
OCURRED NORTHEAST OF RIPLEY. STREAMS OF MAJOR CONCREN ARE TRACE FORK
AND RIGHT FORK SANDY CREEK AND THIER SMALLER TRIBUTARIES.
