FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1145 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA

COUNTY OFFICIALS REPORTED THAT RECENT HEAVY RAINFALL HAS CAUSED SEVERAL
SMALL STREAMS TO COME OUT OF THEIR BANKS AS WELL AS STANDING WATER OVER
SEVERAL STREETS. ALTHOUGH THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL HAS MOVED EAST OF THE
AREA ...LIGHTER AMOUNTS ARE STILL POSSIBLE THROUGH MIDNIGHT. BE
ESPECIALLY CAREFUL IN AND AROUND LOW LYING AND FLOOD PRONE AREAS.
