FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  330 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA

CHARLESTON IFLOWS AUTOMATED RAIN GAGES AND RADAR ESTIMATES HAVE
INDICATED BETWEEN 1.OO AND 1.50 OF RAIN IN THE LAST HOUR. THIS IS ENOUGH
