WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 PM PDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
LOCATIONS...
IN WESTERN NEVADA 
     ALL PERSHING COUNTY

A LINE OF SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUES TO DEVELOP ACROSS
PERSHING COUNTY. THIS LINE IS PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY SHOWERS. A
SPOTTER IN NORTHEASTERN PERSHING COUNTY HAS REPORTED CLOSE TO 2
INCHES OF RAIN IN THE PAST COUPLE OF HOURS WITH STREET FLOODING
FROM THESE THUNDERSTORMS. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE SLOWLY TO THE
NORTH AND GRADUALLY DIMINISH LATER THIS AFTERNOON.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  PEOPLE IN THE WARNING AREA SHOULD MOVE AWAY FROM
WASHES AND SMALL STREAMS.  MANY FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN
