FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA
 
   ...SOUTHEASTERN STANLY COUNTY
 
AT 820 PM WEATHER RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING TO MOVE NORTH
ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN STANLY COUNTY. RAINFALL HAS EXCEEDED 3 INCHES DURING
THE PAST 3 HOURS AND FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED ON HIGHWAY 138 IN THE
AQUADALE AREA.
 
AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL ARE LIKELY DURING THE NEXT 1 TO
2 HOURS. MOST OF THE RAIN WILL FALL IN THE NORWOOD AREA AND FLOODING MAY
BE EXPECTED ALONG THE ROCKY RIVER.
