A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL PRODUCE LARGE HAIL...GREATER THAN 3/4
INCH IN DIAMETER ALONG WITH TORRENTIAL RAINFALL OVER NORTHWEST
PROWERS COUNTY. AT 650 PM MDT THE STORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY OVER
THE TOWN OF WILEY...ABOUT 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF LAMAR.

HEAVY RAIN HAS ALREADY CAUSED FLOODING ON HIGHWAY 196 2 TO 6 MILES
EAST OF WILEY. IN ADDITION...FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN THE TOWN OF
WILEY. RADAR ESTIMATED ANYWHERE FROM 1 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
FALLEN IN NORTHWEST PROWERS COUNTY SINCE 5 PM MDT.
