AT 411 PM EDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY NWS DOPPLER
RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS 3 MILES WEST SOUTHWEST OF TOBYHANNA MOVING
EAST AT 34 MPH. A SPOTTER REPORTED DIME SIZE HAIL FOR ONE TO TWO
MINUTES AT 4PM NEAR POCONO LAKE PA.
