IN MARYLAND ...CAROLINE COUNTY AT 910 PM EDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY NWS DOPPLER RADAR 2 MILES WEST OF WILLISTON MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
