THUNDERSTORMS WHICH DEVELOPED OVER EASTERN OCEAN COUNTY DURING THE
PAST HOUR OR SO WERE NEARLY STATIONARY.  NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE
RADAR WAS ESTIMATING THAT THIS CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS HAD DROPPED
OVER THREE INCHES OF RAIN IN JUST ONE HOUR.
