HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING OVER NORTHERN MIDDLESEX AND NORTHERN SOMERSET
COUNTIES...AS WELL AS PORTIONS OF HUNTERDON COUNTY. RADAR
HAS ESTIMATED AROUND AN INCH OF RAIN IN THE PAST THREE HOURS HAS
