THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORMAN HAS ISSUED A TORNADO
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 800 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES

IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA
     KAY

INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS
     BLACKWELL...NEWKIRK...PONCA CITY AND TONKAWA

AT 713 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 4
MILES NORTHWEST OF BLACKWELL MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.  PEOPLE IN AND
NEAR BLACKWELL SHOULD TAKE COVER.

THIS STORM IS ALSO CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HAIL GREATER THAN BASEBALL SIZE
AND WINDS GREATER THAN 75 MPH.  90 MPH WINDS WERE REPORTED NEAR THE
OKLAHOMA-KANSAS STATE LINE NEAR CHILOCCO AT 704 PM.

TAKE COVER NOW.  ABANDON MOBILE HOMES AND VEHICLES.  MOVE TO
SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF POSSIBLE.  OTHERWISE...MOVE TO AN
INTERIOR ROOM OR HALLWAY ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  STAY AWAY FROM
WINDOWS.
