WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 630 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES

IN NORTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA
     NORTHERN GRANT

INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS
     MANCHESTER...RENFROW AND WAKITA

AT 604 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 6
MILES SOUTHWEST OF MANCHESTER. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 30
MPH. PEOPLE IN NORTHWESTERN GRANT COUNTY INCLUDING THE
MANCHESTER...GIBBON AND WAKITA AREAS SHOULD TAKE COVER NOW. 

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THAT A TORNADO
MAY FORM AT ANY TIME -- TAKE COVER NOW.  ABANDON MOBILE HOMES
AND VEHICLES.  MOVE TO SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF POSSIBLE.
OTHERWISE...MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM OR HALLWAY ON THE LOWEST
