THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORMAN HAS ISSUED A TORNADO
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1045 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES

IN SOUTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA
     ATOKA

INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS
     ATOKA...CANEY...FARRIS AND LANE

AT 957 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A INTESIFYING SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO.  THE CIRCULATION OF THIS
STORM IS 8 MILES SOUTHEAST OF LANE. AND WILL AFFECT AREAS OF SOUTHER
ATOKA COUNTY NEAR AND TO THE SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 3.   HAIL TO THE SIZE OF
GOLFBALLS IS ALSO POSSIBLE NEAR LANE. THE STORM IS MOVING EAST AT 25
MPH.

TAKE COVER NOW.  ABANDON MOBILE HOMES AND VEHICLES.  MOVE TO
SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF POSSIBLE.  OTHERWISE...MOVE TO AN
INTERIOR ROOM OR HALLWAY ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  STAY AWAY FROM
WINDOWS.
