WASHINGTON TO THE BLUE MOUNTAINS. MOVING NORTHEAST 30 TO 35 MPH. LARGE
HAIL AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS WITH LOCAL AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN AND FLOODING
HAVE BEEN REPORTED WITH THESE STORMS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
