SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE
UNTIL  700 PM EDT FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK

AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS
 
AT 600 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN WESTERN WESTCHESTER COUNTY NEAR OSSINING. THIS
STORM HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH.
