FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  315 AM EDT
FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY
 
   ...PASSAIC COUNTY
 
HEAVY RAINFALL HAS CAUSED ROAD CLOSURES IN TOTOWA...IN CENTRAL PASSAIC
COUNTY. WITH ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING THROUGH THE
AREA...FLOODING REMAINS A STRONG POSSIBILITY INTO THE EARLY MORNING
HOURS. THIS INCLUDES FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS IN THE AREA.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OvF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
