AS OF 1115 PM...RAINFALL OF 2 TO 3 INCHES HAD OCCURRED OVER MOST OF THE
WARNED AREA AND MORE THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY OVERNIGHT AS WELL. MANY
ROADS HAVE ALREADY EXPERIENCED PROBLEMS AND ANY ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL
