FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

THUNDERSTORMS...WITH HEAVY RAIN...WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE GILES AND
LAWRENCE COUNTY AREA EARLY THIS MORNING AND PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT SOME ISOLATED SPOTS
IN THESE COUNTIES HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED CLOSE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN
TONIGHT...AND ADDITIONAL ONE-HOUR TOTALS OF CLOSE TO AN INCH ARE
POSSIBLE. THIS RAIN WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING OF LOW-LYING AREAS...
