IN WEST TENNESSEE ...BENTON COUNTY HEAVY RAINS...WHICH FELL OVER BENTON COUNTY EARLIER THIS MORNING...WILL PRODUCE THE THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING UNTIL 9 AM CST. REPORTS FROM STORM SPOTTERS INDICATE THAT SOME SMALL STREAMS IN THE CAMDEN AREA ARE AT BANKFUL...AND COULD FLOOD SOME LOW-LYING AREAS BETWEEN NOW AND 9 AM CST. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
