* AT 520 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM WITH
  DAMAGING WINDS...FROM 15 MILES EAST OF EAU CLAIRE...TO 5 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF EAU CLAIRE.  THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT
  30 MPH.  AT 513 PM METAL WAS BEING BLOWN OFF BUILDINGS UNDER
  CONSTRUCTION ON THE WEST SIDE OF EAU CLAIRE.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM...WITH DAMAGING WINDS.  STAY INDOORS AWAY
FROM WINDOWS.
