*THUNDERSTORMS REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY ACROSS SOUTHERN PARTS
 OF HENNEPIN...MUCH OF DAKOTA AND EXTREME SOUTHERN RAMSEY
 COUNTY.  RAINFALL ESTIMATES FROM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATE 3 TO 6
 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.  STREET FLOODING
 HAS BEEN REPORTED ACROSS A GOOD PORTION OF NORTHERN DAKOTA COUNTY.

*A LARGE COMPLEX OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL MERGE WITH THE
 STATIONARY STORMS THROUGH 4 AM CAUSING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL.

 DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
