AT 705 PM CDT...A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS
3 MILES SOUTHEAST OF JAY MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH.  LARGE HAIL WILL
ALSO ACCOMPANY THE TORNADO.  THIS IS AN UPGRADE OF THE SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM WARNING CURRENTLY IN EFFECT FOR SANTA ROSA COUNTY.

THE TORNADO IS CURRENTLY EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER RURAL AREAS.
