FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA
 
   ...SANTA ROSA COUNTY
 
AT 1152 PM CDT MOBILE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING
ACROSS SOUTHERN SANTA ROSA COUNTY. WATERSPOUTS WERE REPORTED NEAR I-10
AND THE NORTH END OF EAST BAY. ANOTHER CLUSTER OF STRONG
STORMS...POSSIBLY CONTAINING WATERSPOUTS WILL MOVE ONSHORE NEAR ORIOLE
BEACH. THESE WILL SPREAD ACROSS EAST BAY BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 1 AM.
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SjHELTER IN A NEARBY REINFORCED
BUILDING.  AS A LAST RESORT...SEEK SHELTER IN A CULVERT...DITCH
