  AND FOR THE COASTAL WATERS OF  FLORIDA FROM  ...NAVARRE  TO  DESTIN
 
AT 555 AM MOBILE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST
SOUTHWEST OF DESTIN. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST 35 MPH. THE
STORM SHOULD MOVE ACROSS CHOCTAWHATCHIE BAY. AND VERY CLOSE OR ACROSS
DESTIN.
 
SIMILIAR STORMS OVERNIGHT HAVE PRODUCED HAIL UP TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN
INCH.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNLESS IN AN EMERGENCY UNTIL THE STORM
HAS PASSED.  MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT DRIVE INTO LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
