THUNDERSTORM JUST EAST OF WINTER HAVEN APPROACHING OSCEOLA COUNTY
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THIS STORM WAS ALSO SHOWING A
POSSIBLE DEVELOPING TORNADO. RESIDENTS OF OSCEOLA COUNTY FROM THE
WEST COUNTY BORDER...TO LAKE TOHO AND INTERSESSION CITY...TO
KISSIMMEE AND ST CLOUD SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SEVERE WEATHER TO
